If you wish to decrease your definite self-exclusion period, a minimum ‘cooling-off’ period of 24 hours applies before it can be reinstated following a time-out. Please understand that if you wish to decrease or revoke an indefinite self-exclusion period, Wheelz may, at its discretion, accept or not, and it shall only be effective seven (7) days from the acceptance of the request.
