When your account has been verified, you will receive a confirmation from Wheelz Casino. If there is a problem with one or more of your KYC documents, we will contact you and request that you re-upload the document(s).

Please be patient while we process your KYC. We strive to complete these checks as soon as possible, but sometimes, delays occur due to the length of the KYC queue.
