We strive to verify all KYC documents within 24 hours of their submission. However, due to a high volume of requests, we occasionally experience delays. In the event of a delay, we appreciate your patience.

If your KYC is taking longer than a few business days to complete, and you haven’t received any message from us requesting additional documentation, contact Customer Support to ask about the reason for the delay.
