I forgot my username or password. What now?

Forgot Password

If you have forgotten your password, click the “Forgot your Password?” link on the login screen. You will be asked to enter the phone number registered to your Wheelz account. We will then send you a confirmation code via SMS, which you will enter on the next screen. Once you have entered the correct code, you can reset your password.

Forgot Username

Your account username is the email address you used to register your Wheelz account. If you cannot remember which email you used upon registration, contact Customer Support via Live Chat or at [email protected] for help resolving this issue.
