If you’re unsure if you have already created an account at Wheelz, try using the Forgot your Password? link on the login screen. You will receive an SMS code to reset your password if you have already registered an account. You can then log in with your registered email address and new password.

If the forgot password doesn’t help, contact Customer Support so they can help you. This is to make sure you don’t create multiple accounts if you already have one existing. Creating multiple accounts violates our terms and risks suspension of both accounts.
